Dear all,

You will be required to divide yourselves into 4 groups of 2 students each. The topics for the groups are: 

1) Launch a Basketball League  (Group 1& 2)

You are the strategy cell of a Basketball association that wants to launch a Basketball League (on the same lines as cricket has).

Group 1 makes a presentation to the management justifying the strategy.  Group 2 makes a presentation to potential sponsors to raise the money.

2)  Offer to set up franchisees  (Group 3 & 4)

You are a part of the fully owned restaurant that is looking at the franchisee model to expand.

Group 3 makes a presentation to the top management recommending this strategy. Group 4 makes a presentation to a group of potential franchisees telling them why they should associate with this company. 

You will have to work on these presentations in 3 phases.

In the first phase all the groups will have to present an agenda slide. Each group gets 10 minutes to do that.

In the subsequent classes, each group presents the outline (skeleton of the entire presentation) during the second phase followed by the final presentation during the third phase.
